I offer confidential counselling for many issues and work with adults, young people, couples and small groups. My aim is to help you to explore your concerns and to find ways forward that are right for you.

You may be considering counselling because a particular event could be causing distress, or you feel you need to deal with something that has been going on for some time. Whatever your concern and level of distress, you may find counselling to be of some help.

Counselling sessions

As a counsellor, my aim is to help and support you to explore the issues you choose to talk about without being rushed or judged and help you to find your own way forward.

My counselling approach is person-centred. This is based on a fundamental belief that people can heal in a favourable environment, provided through a supportive therapeutic relationship.
Creative/art therapy is also available.

Therapy sessions usually last 1 hour and can be arranged according to your requirements.


Therapy sessions from £45 per hour. Discount is available for block booking of sessions.
This charge is for individual or couples/small group sessions.
