I am a highly experienced BACP Registered Accredited Counsellor.
I offer confidential counselling for many issues and work with adults, young people, couples and small groups.
My aim is to help you to explore your concerns and to find ways forward that are right for you.

Abortion, Cancer, Carer support, Children, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME, Chronic pain, Confidence, Couples Counselling, Cultural, Family, General issues, Identity, Infertility, Life threatening/limiting illness, Loss, Miscarriage, Personal development, Postnatal depression, Pregnancy, Redundancy, Separation and divorce, Sexuality, Spirituality, and other concerns.

You may be considering counselling because an issue could be causing distress, or you feel a need to deal with something that has been going on for some time. Whatever your concern and level of distress, you may find counselling helpful.

My counselling approach

My counselling approach is person-centred. This is based on a fundamental belief that people can heal in a favourable environment, provided through a supportive therapeutic relationship.
Creative/art therapy is also available as another way to explore and potentially gain more insight.


Sessions usually last 1 hour and can be arranged according to your requirements.
Telephone and remote sessions are also available.


Therapy sessions from £45 per hour. Discount is available for block booking of sessions.
This charge is for individual or couples/small group sessions.
